#58 Go for a walk

Without an agenda or an errand to run. Just go for a mosey. Whether you end up walking 5k and getting the bus home or just stroll around the block, the benefits of doing so will be tangible.

We’ve all been there – choosing a different route because it’s ONE WHOLE MINUTE faster than the other one, or working out how many things we can tick off our to do list on the way to visit a friend. You don’t need to be efficient all the time. Go forth and amble to your heart’s content.
