#52 Sing loudly

It’s amazing how long you can go without realising the full potential of your own vocal cords. Take every opportunity you can to shout, sing, or make weird noises. It’s an easy way to release pent up emotion without punching someone in the face.

Don’t do it at 6am or after a night out. Do it when you’re out in nature somewhere, or on those nights off during the week. Who cares if your neighbours hear you belting out Let It Go while they tuck into their pasta arrabiata? Not you, that’s for sure.
