#47 Take ten good breaths

When everyone and their dog seems to meditate 24/7, it’s easy to feel put off by the whole thing. But remember that building a habit takes time, and meditation is different for everyone.

Just ten breaths a day is enough to feel the benefit. Do it sitting, standing, lying down, on your head – whatever suits you. Have music on if you want, or sit in total silence. Take ten breaths. Pay attention to them. You’re done. It’s as simple as that.

    1. I’ve been meditating for a few years and I still find it really difficult when I’m busy or stressed 🤷🏻‍♀️ I reckon if you’re doing it at all, you’re doing it right!
