#27 Get enough sleep

Good sleep is more important that your diet and exercise combined. We live in a world where sleep is stolen from us by our phones, our work, our workouts. It’s become increasingly difficult to get to bed on time.

If you sleep enough, you learn things faster, feel happier, and make better choices. If you don’t, you start the day with a depleted immune system, a tendency towards anxiety, and poor cognitive function. Do yourself and the world a favour – cancel that 8pm yoga class and get some shuteye.
